We are looking for a Technical Consultant who will serve as the bridge between a client’s business goals and technical excellence.

The Role & Responsibilities

This isn’t a passive role. You will be the key figure in 4–6 month integration projects, defining data flows, mapping structures, and ensuring the client extracts maximum potential from the Bloomreach platform.

• Strategic Advisory: You will guide clients through the "why" and "how." When we define a new ID structure, you are the one explaining why it’s the right move for their specific goals—even if it differs from their initial assumptions. We are experts here.

• Technical Oversight: While you won't necessarily be writing the code for the integration, you must understand the system's architecture, its limits, and how to connect various data sources into a cohesive ecosystem.

• Ownership: You stand firmly behind the team’s decisions. You provide the expertise and confidence that global clients expect from a premium partner.

• Full-Cycle Impact: You'll see your work come to life through high-scale automation, hyper-personalized communication (email, weblayers, etc.), and long-term strategic consulting.

What We Expect from You

• Data Literacy: You understand system integration, API logic, and what it takes to define a robust data structure.

• Strong Communicator: You are persuasive and can articulate technical concepts clearly. You aren't afraid to challenge a client’s perspective to ensure the project's success.

• Language Skills: Fluent English is a must. 90% of our portfolio consists of international clients.

• Platform Experience: Ideally, you have worked with Bloomreach (Exponea) or a similar CDP/CRM platform and have been through at least one full setup or integration cycle.

• Presence: We are a team of 40 based in Bratislava. We value the chemistry of in-person collaboration - we offer a 3/2 hybrid model.
