We are a growing IT services company with a team of 40 professionals, delivering high-quality tech solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and reliable Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring efforts and help us attract top talent.

Your Role

Step by step, you will take ownership of the majority of recruitment activities, with a strong focus on candidate sourcing and coordination. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on recruitment experience who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, etc.)

  • Identify and explore new sourcing channels and talent pools

  • Pre-screen candidates and support interview processes

  • Coordinate interviews (scheduling, communication with candidates and hiring managers)

  • Manage candidate pipeline in ATS and maintain accurate records

  • Prepare and update candidate profiles and internal documentation

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

  • Support recruitment, reporting and administrative tasks

Job requirements

What We Expect

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR (in-house or agency) is a great advantage

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proactive mindset and goal-oriented approach

  • Reliability and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfort with administrative tasks and systems (ATS, email communication, scheduling tools)

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in IT / tech roles

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and Boolean search

  • Experience with ATS systems
