IT Project Manager - system integrations

We are a specialized Bloomreach delivery partner, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in e-commerce automation. As a high-end service company, we don’t just "set up" platforms; we orchestrate complex data ecosystems to build advanced personalized experiences for global brands.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager—a bridge-builder who understands the logic of system integrations, can navigate a technical roadmap, and keeps international projects running like clockwork.

Your Mission

As our PM, you are the strategic lead for Bloomreach integration projects. You don't need to write the code or configure the APIs yourself, but you must be able to understand the flow. You will translate client business requirements into technical reality by guiding our expert team through the integration process.

What you’ll do:

• Orchestrate Integrations: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Bloomreach implementations. You’ll oversee how data sources connect and ensure the technical puzzle pieces fit together perfectly.

• Scope & Capacity Mastery: You are the guardian of the project’s boundaries. You manage client expectations, handle "feature creep" with diplomatic firmness, and ensure our technical team's capacity is planned and utilized efficiently.

• Technical Translation: Act as the primary link between the client’s business goals and our technical execution. You need to understand the why and how of the integration to clearly explain progress and risks.

• International Client Management: Lead meetings and manage relationships with global e-commerce players. Your fluency in English ensures nothing gets lost in translation.

• Strategic Oversight: Monitor project health, identify bottlenecks before they happen, and keep the "big picture" in focus while the team handles the deep-level configuration.

What we are looking for:

• Project Leadership: Proven experience managing IT or digital projects (SaaS, E-commerce, or Data platforms).

• The "Technical Mindset": You understand how APIs, data feeds, and system architectures work at a high level. You can follow a technical discussion and ask the right questions.

• Fluent English: Our clients are primarily international; you must be comfortable and professional in an all-English business environment.

• Diplomatic Authority: You know how to manage a demanding client and keep a project within scope without burning bridges.

• Ambition to Lead (Bonus): If you have experience—or a strong desire—to eventually lead and mentor a technical team as a People Manager, we want to hear about it. We are looking for someone who can grow into a leadership pillar of our company.
